Help me support the 2020 Miracle Mile Walk!
As a two time Breast Cancer survivor I am looking for support for the 2020 Miracle Mile Walk! I would love for you to walk beside me on October 17th. With the uncertainty of COVID-19, if the walk is postponed or canceled I will still be raising funds to continue supporting the place that saved my life in many ways so please consider making a donation. While many places in our country were locked down over the past several months, University Hospital's Breast Health Center continued to embrace and support those diagnosed with this horrible disease.
The Miracle Mile Walk supports University Hospital’s Randy W. Cooper, M.D., Center for Breast Health Services and Mobile Mammography Unit, which provide life-saving screenings to women in our community regardless of their ability to pay. No woman or man is ever turned away from the mobile unit! On behalf of University Health Care Foundation, and the patients whose lives are saved and myself, thank you for your partnership. Even if you can’t walk with me, you can support me every step of the way!
This year I am dedicating my walk and donations in memory of my dear friend Christina who lost her battle to this horrid disease in February along with the many in my life that have walked this journey as I have.
Please support my participation in this exciting event and help me reach my fundraising goal.
