Welcome to My Personal Page

I can not find the words to express how I feel when I see the progress that the Miracle Mile Walk has made. This is an event that I started 20 years ago in that industrial area of south Augusta called the Miracle Mile. The Miracle Mile Walk, like all events that require large gatherings, are facing challenges that require modications during this golbal pandemic. Breast cancer like covid-19 does not announce ahead to its victims that they are the "chosen one". We must make whatever adjustments that must be made to keep screening and breast health services available to residents of the CSRA regardless of the ability to pay.
The walk will be a drive this year. i am inviting all of you to participate in my team's parade of decorated cars. I will announce the assemble point for our carvan so that you will all be together as you drive to the drop off point where I will be there to cheer you on. I have also made this event ublic on my facebook to residents of the CSRA page so that you can share and use the link for nline donations
The Miracle Mile Walk supports University Hospital’s Randy W. Cooper, M.D., Center for Breast Health Services and Mobile Mammography Unit, which provide life-saving screenings to women in our community regardless of their ability to pay. No woman is ever turned away from the mobile unit! On behalf of University Health Care Foundation, and the patients whose lives are saved and myself, thank you for your partnership. Even if you psrsonally participate with me, you can support me every step of the way! No donation is too small.
Please support my participation in this exciting event and help me reach my fundraising goal.
I also encourage you to sign up and get in on the fun!
